Where We Ship
KoolRV Solutions, Inc. currently ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not offer direct shipping to Canada through our website at this time. Canadian customers can purchase KoolRV products through Amazon Canada:

All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. During periods of high order volume, holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify customers through our website or by email.

KoolRV Solutions, Inc. currently ships orders via:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- UPS Ground
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Please note that order processing time is separate from transit time.
Customers who require expedited shipping may purchase KoolRV products through Amazon, where faster shipping options may be available depending on product availability and location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us at info@koolrv.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are under the carrier's control. While we are happy to assist customers with tracking inquiries, KoolRV Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
