Counterfeit Products

KoolRV A/C Connect products are sold exclusively through this website (KoolRV.com) and our official Amazon storefront. We do not sell on eBay or Ubuy, and we do not sell through any other Amazon seller account. Any listing on eBay or Ubuy claiming to be KoolRV is not us.

We've identified multiple sellers on Amazon, eBay, and Ubuy offering counterfeit and knockoff versions of our A/C Connect ducted airflow kits. Many of these are 3D-printed, shipped unassembled without hardware or instructions, and don't match our published measurements. At least one counterfeit is a close, injection-molded copy of our product. We have yet to find any of these that offer product support of any kind.

How to tell a genuine KoolRV product

  • Genuine A/C Connect kits are injection-molded, not 3D-printed. 3D-printed parts (visible layer lines, rough surface texture) are always counterfeit.
  • Genuine kits ship fully assembled, with all required hardware and links to installation instructions included.
  • Genuine kits are dimensionally accurate to the compatibility charts published on this site for Coleman Mach, Dometic Brisk II, Furrion Chill HE, GE, and other supported units.
  • Genuine kits have a product name imbedded in the injection molded plastic in the main body of our product.

Why this matters to you

Counterfeit products are not manufactured, inspected, or warrantied by KoolRV. If you purchased a product that turned out to be 3D-printed, arrived unassembled, didn't fit, or was missing instructions, it was very likely not a genuine KoolRV product — even if the listing used our name, images, or product description.

Because we cannot verify the materials, dimensions, or safety of products we did not manufacture, we are unable to offer support, warranty service, or returns for products purchased from unauthorized or unofficial listings. We recommend contacting the seller or platform (Amazon, eBay, or Ubuy) directly to request a refund.

KoolRV actively monitors for and pursues counterfeit and infringing listings through applicable legal and platform channels.
